Can I get a broken part repaired?
No, we do not directly repair broken parts. However, we can reconstruct them by creating a new 3D model from the damaged part, photos, or its dimensions, and then manufacture a replacement part using 3D printing.
Do you make completely custom pieces?
Yes. Whether for a personal, professional, or industrial project, we design unique parts that precisely meet your technical constraints, dimensions, and expectations.
Do you offer 3D modeling services?
Yes. We create 3D models from your sketches, plans, photos, or ideas. Each design is conceived to be functional, aesthetic, and adapted to its intended use.
What materials do you use?
We offer different materials depending on your project's constraints: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU (flexible) as well as other technical materials upon request. We will guide you towards the most suitable material.
How do I get a quote?
Simply send us your request via the contact form, including photos, a plan, a 3D file, or the dimensions of the part if possible. We will respond quickly with a personalized quote.
What is the manufacturing lead time?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project. Simple parts are generally completed in a few days, while design or reconstruction projects require additional time. An estimated timeframe will be provided with your quote.
Do you ship all over Europe?
Yes. We ship your parts throughout Europe with careful packaging to ensure their protection during transport.
Are 3D printed parts strong?
Yes. When properly designed and manufactured with the right material, 3D printed parts offer excellent strength for many mechanical, technical, or decorative applications.
